I have been receiving shockwave therapy at Tunbridge Wells Chiropractic from Gary. Having had chronic greater trochanteric pain syndrome for over two years, treatments from various professionals, including several cortisone injections in my hip, shockwave is the only thing to have caused any significant and lasting change. I was wary after having tried so many things and seeing no improvement, but Gary talked me through it, explained how it worked and has also managed my expectations (though I still think it must be magic to be so effective!). I can now walk up stairs without pain and feel my strength returning through the rehab exercises Gary has given me. My only regret is not finding Gary sooner!! I highly recommend both Gary and shockwave therapy.

In June 2016 a trauma to my left elbow left me with severe tennis elbow. My doctor gave me exercises to do but they did not help at all. He then suggested I try shockwave treatment and gave me Gary's phone number.
I have had 5 sessions with Gary, and so far things are going really well. I am not totally pain free but am now able to do most things without a problem. He gave me gentle exercises to do and ordered a brace to prevent further damage whist everything healed.
Gary is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to you. A little way to go yet but thank you Gary for what you have achieved.

My son was diagnosed with Osgood Schlatters which basically left him sofa bound and in pain from an otherwise active and healthy lifestyle. Treatment offered from GP/Hospital was ineffective (painkillers and stretching exercises) so I turned to Shockwave Therapy. After 4 x weekly treatments and I would say that he is 80% better and pretty much living his post-diagnosis lifestyle. I have been impressed by the results and the kind/professional service given. The actual treatment was quite painful for my son an a very tender area of his knee but, for a couple of minutes of discomfort, the results were well worth it. Had five sessions of Shockwave therapy on my right Achilles tendon with Gary. The tendon had been getting worse for months and was excruciatingly painful and showing no signs of recovery despite endless rest, ice, physio exercises etc. Gary was friendly and professional, and the treatment (whilst a bit uncomfortable at times) was extremely effective, with the benefit being felt almost immediately. I've gone from being only able to limp a few yards, to being able to walk and run normally. Worth every penny, and highly recommended! Gary is very knowledgeable and takes time to listen to you. I was in agony from plantar fasciitis when I first visited Gary. Fast forward four sessions of shockwave therapy and the searing pain has all but gone. I couldn't be more grateful to him after months of absolute misery. I highly recommend his treatment for any fellow PF sufferers.
